Policy 235 Student Rights/Surveys
Policy 235 Student Rights/Surveys policy lays out the rules the district must follow when giving out…
Parents are the cornerstone of child values, morals, political, social, and Religious views.
The goal of the school is to teach children the skills needed such as Reading, Writing, Math, Science, History. Out side of those skills especially when venturing in to the realm of values, morals, political, social, and religious views the parents are the primary and only decision makers. As such anything outside of the core roles of the School must have parental approval.
Parents have the right to see everything that is being taught to their children. In this light curriculum should be openly and easily available for view by parents. Note merrily a curriculum map but all worksheets, books, video, and audio should be available to parents. No resources should be presented to students with out the ability for parents to review.
